Mother’s Day Corned Beef Dinner

Mom, Dad and I had corned beef, biscuits, soda bread, cabbage and parsley potatoes for dinner for Mother’s Day. She had water and I had a can of Pepsi and he had a cup of coffee with milk and sugar.
