Korean Mozzarella Corn Dog

I would like to try a Korean mozzarella corn dog. It is a hot dog cut into two and a block of low-moisture mozzarella cheese cut into sticks coated in panko then deep-fried and it has mustard and ketchup drizzled on top and also gives you a better cheese pull.
