Pepperoni Pizza Mac and Cheese

I would like to try pepperoni pizza macaroni and cheese. The macaroni and cheese has elbow macaroni, sliced pepperoni, shredded Italian blend cheese, marinara sauce and parmesan and cream cheeses in it and also has Italian bread crumbs on top.
