Salad, Seltzer and Penne Alfredo

I had American salad by Fresh Express with Spanish olives and asiago crisps. I put Catalina dressing on it. I had orange seltzer. Then, I had two helpings of chicken penne Alfredo with mushrooms and broccoli for dinner. I finished the bottle of the seltzer with the two helpings of the chicken Alfredo after I ate the second helping.
